Tikhonov, just as three others, were confined on charges of theft of at any rate 603 million roubles ($7.9 million), the advisory group stated, at the time Tikhonov headed the Russian vitality office (REA), a unit of the service.
Tikhonov, 51, is one of eight representatives for Energy Minister Alexander Novak. He was centered around computerized ventures at the service.
