Russia detains deputy energy minister Tikhonov




MOSCOW, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Russian state agents have confined Anatoly Tikhonov, a representative vitality serve, on reserves misappropriation charges, the Investigative Committee said on Wednesday, subsequent to leading pursuits at the service a day prior. 


Tikhonov, just as three others, were confined on charges of theft of at any rate 603 million roubles ($7.9 million), the advisory group stated, at the time Tikhonov headed the Russian vitality office (REA), a unit of the service.
