SHAH RUKH KHAN IN TROUBLE

Bollywood super star Shah Rukh Khan is in great trouble with the release of Om Shanti Om in Japan. The film was released on 2007 in India. SRK is the producer and along with him Eros international
produced this film. This film was directed by Farah Khan. On April 2nd 2013, a case was filed against Shah Rukh Khan at the court of Andheri by actor Manoj Kumar. The statement of Manoj was recorded in the court and the will be at 6th of April month. This issue happens due to the non-deletion of the ridicule scenes in the film.

Manoj had objection to offensive scenes that create a bad image for him in this film and SRK felt sorry for him for keeping this scenes in the film and gave assurance to remove the sardonic scenes of actor Manoj kumar in the film which will be released in Japan. But, Shah Rukh Khan failed in his words and released the film without deleting the objectionable clips.
This issue had already brought to the Mumbai civil court in the year 2008 and the judges ordered to edit the mischievous scenes from the film. Manoj said to the medias that he would claim 100 crore Indian rupees for the damage of his reputation. He told that he had no
personal clashes with the super star of Bollywood but at the same time he cannot accept the insult. I already forgot their actions for two times form not deleting the scenes and releasing the film. But
this time i won’t excuse them again, said actor Manoj kumar.
They are not giving proper respect to him and not obeying the order of the court to delete the ridicule scenes from all sorts of broadcasting materials and from all prints forever. This order came from the court in the year 2008. Shah Rukh Khan sent an email to Manoj regarding this issue and made an apology for not deleting the contempt and releasing them. Manoj will produce this email in the court in the hearing of the
case in April 6 and along with that he will produce the clippings of the disrespect scenes. This is not the end.
