Famous Urdu Poet Mirza Ghalib

Mirza Ghalib was a great poet of sub continent. His real name was Asadulla baig khan. His father name was Abdulla baig. He was bon in Agra in Dec, 1997. He became orphan in childhood. He was looked after by his uncle. When he was of eight years old his uncle was passed away. The British were ruler of sub continent at that time. He was granted some money by British government. He was married in 1810.
He was permanently settled in Dahli after marriage. His financial problems had increased after marriage. He was forced to do job due to lot of credit amount. He was employed in fort (office of king). In 1850 He was awarded by addressing "Naj mul Doulla" and "Baral mulak Madame Jang". He was also posted for writing the history of Timor Family. His salary was 50 rupees per month. It was Also the time of British advance in India. The fight of freedom was fought in 1857 against British; as a result the British were new ruler.
After the revolution of 1857, Mirza Ghalib had requsted to owner of Rampur for financial help. He was awarded Rs 100 per month which he had gotten till death. His health was badly disturbed due to drinking. He was died in February 15, 1869.
Mirza Ghalib was a great poet. He wrote in simple and effective manner. He conveyed his saying what ever he wants to say. In Urdu poetry he is like glooming star. He has given a new diversity to Urdu poetry. New topics were given and run a new revolutionary row of thoughts. Philosophical ideas are available in his poetry. His poetry effects on sense strongly. It creates vibration in thinking, due to it the images are born in the mind of reader. One can imagine the vastness and depth of his poetry topics.
