Ingredients :
   Red Pepper Powder                           2    Teaspoon
   Onions paste  medium                         2 
   Mustard Oil tablespoon                      4
  Yogurt                                                    1      Cup                     
  Medium onion slIced                            2     
  Garam masala powder                          2        Teaspoon

Method  
Two half or medium onions that you have cut sliced and  fried brown  them and cut by
hand. Now mix up all  above ingredients smashed the beef with your hand.leave it for about 7-8 hrs in the fridge. 
after it put meat in the skewers.Close both together.put
the meat over low or high heated  Charcoal turning it regularly till meat is Barbycued from all side top and bottom..
