MOSCOW: Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Wednesday the United States still couldn't seem to give any proof Moscow was in break of a milestone arms control bargain, yet said it was prepared to continue talking about the issue with Washington.
The United States conveyed Russia a 60-day final proposal on Tuesday to tell the truth about what Washington says is an infringement of a 1987 atomic arms control arrangement, saying it is compelled to begin a six-month procedure of withdrawal if nothing changed.
