Twitter incensed over Salman Khan's 'Dabangg 3'

BoycottDabangg3 has been drifting on Twitter since Friday morning after a segment of netizens communicated frighten over Salman Khan's up and coming film, guaranteeing it hurts Hindu assumptions, reported The Quint.

They referenced a scene in the song Hud Hud Dabangg, which shows sadhus (holy men) clad in saffron and hitting the dance floor with guitars in their grasp, is planned for "defaming" and "insulting" Hindu culture, and consequently requested the blacklist of the Sonakshi Sinha-starrer.

The smaller scale blogging stage has been swirling with furious tweets from users. One tweeted, "#BoycottDabangg3. In the film, sages have been portrayed as moving with Salman in an ugly and offensive way on the bank of a stream. A few sages are indicated playing guitar in a western style." Another stated, "Bollywood is doing all such hopeless things for  popularity and cash. They are not fretted over our strict feelings. We need to make them thing about this. Solid interest #BoycottDabangg3".

Another client posted, "We are glad for our Sadhu, Maharshi who gave us numerous valuable innovations to whom the entire world is following at this point! Protecting such incredible Sadhus is offending our way of life!! #BoycottDabangg3."

Some even requested a statement of regret from the film's lead entertainer and co-maker Salman. "#BoycottDabangg3. Salman Khan needs to apologize for the debasing our Hindu holy people. Will he set out to state or show something on maulvis??" one post read. Salman and the producers of the film are yet to respond on the issue.

Coordinated by Prabhudheva, Dabangg 3 also stars Arbaaz Khan and debutant Saiee Manjrekar in key jobs. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on December 20.
