Peanut Sauce:

Peanut butter 2-3 tbsp
Tamarind paste 3 tbsp
Fish sauce 2 tbsp

approach
In a pan, heat some oil and add in 1 chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped garlic and fry it. Add in three-four crimson chilies, 2-3 lemon leaves, 1 lemon grass and 1 tsp red curry paste and cook it for 3-5 minutes. Add in 1 cup coconut milk, 2-three tbsp peanut butter, three tbsp tamarind paste, 2tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix it. Now cook it for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens. Cast off it from the range and hold apart. Now take some oil within the pan and add in meat balls. Stir fry them and take them out in a serving dish. Add within the sauce from high and garnish it with ½ bunch inexperienced coriander, four red chili slice and 1-2 stick inexperienced onion. Serve.
