Shattered Dreams and Two Others, Three Poems

Shattered Dreams
From the farthest skies above
To the deepest of my love
There has been just one feeling:
It's like coming home to you
With that feeling of mine.
A feeling of your love for me
That never looses its shine,
Until...
... you broke my heart
In your merciless hands.
But I forgive you
For not letting yourself think me as you
Now I know that I am not the man
Your heart is missing.
Yet there is a love-song left alone
In my mind singing.
I am hoping so much
You just say,

Something that would keep
My tears away;
Something that would keep
My emotions about you at bay.
I hoped you would paint
My love
On the walls of my heart
Because I saw a dream
Of you and me together.
But you never ever did paint.
And you made a sin
By breaking my heart which was most akin
To your love.
My love is left uncared
And I am left undone.
My trust was never believed;
There was one, but now, none.
Leave me to my shattered world.
I blame you not but forgive you
For whatever you have done.
Give me back my love then
If ever you have taken one.
Missed Chance
I waited and waited
For that moment to come by
To tell you: I love you.
But, it never came.
Fool I was to just let go of you
And portray my love lame!
Later it seemed impossible for me,
As those moments of my love
Never saw me again,
To tell you my lost words
And have you back again.
I wanted you.
I still want you.
I still feel the need of you.
Almost like an obsessive vow.
Thoroughly love-smitten.
I yearn for you yet again, and how.
You Were Not Really Mine
There wasn't anything to tell you
That I'd always believed you cared.
There have been so many things unsaid.
I needed you to be by my side,
And to say that to you
Was still my humble dread!
But yet you chose to say goodbye.
I thought hard about it all,
As I thought... just why?
I wish I could hope to bring about a change
In this stressful life of mine,
So I wanted you to help me out
From this just one last time.
But you chose to go away,
And it seems that you haven't thought
To come see my way.
You've left me alone in the wilderness of time.
Since then, I could do nothing,
Even as I hardly had felt
That you were not really mine.
