Paul William Walker IV in his full real name was born on September
12, 1973, in Glendale California. He began acting when he was very
young, appearing in many TV commercials. In 1987, he played Prof. Bennet
in Monster in the Closet (1986). He then starred in the television
series, Throb(1986). He also made guest appearances on several
television shows including Charles in Charge (1984),Highway to Heaven
(1984),Who's the Boss? (1984) and Diff'rent Strokes(1978). He also had a
role in the soap opera The Young and the Restless (1973).
In 1987, he was cast in Programmed to Kill (1987) as the character Jason, and since then he had appeared in a steady stream of movies. He also majored in Marine Biology at a California community college.
On November 30, 2013, at approximately 3:30 p.m. he died fairly quick from the trauma and was not alive when the car starting burning. It's already sad to think that he initially didn't die and suffered at all after the impact.
It does look like that, although there was an interview with one of the friends who was at the scene with a fire extinguisher and he said he saw him in the car, and even though they tried they couldn't even get the seatbelt off of him. I hope it means he was knocked unconscious in his seat the whole time before he died.
I think it's very respectful of the studio to take into account the wishes of the family as far as how they proceed with story and the footage they have. It gives me confidence that they will handle this in the right way.

They were driving a death trap fuelled by high octane gasoline, big egos, and overconfidence. They were good people, didn't deserve to die a gruesome death, but you can't argue with physics and bad design.
It's amazing how many people are discussing this, and it's really interesting how he was killed in a car crash. He made his living out of car crashes which were fake or a stunt, shot against a green screen in a fake car body that wasn't moving. Maybe there is a moral in this sad story. Something like... don't glorify stupid activities or maybe you will get to really experience one.
