in Bollywood. The son of actors Nitu Singh and Rishi Kapoor, Ranbir
Kapoor began his film career with the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film
"Saawariya". He was paired with Sonam Kapoor (Anil Kapoor's daughter) in
the film. The film however, proved a real disaster at the box office.
This apart however, both the lead actors managed to move on to better
and bigger offers.
