Kim Kardashian, the Armenian-American princess of Los Angeles, just
turned twenty-eight this past Tuesday, October 21. Why do we care? We
care because she is a symbol of hope, strength, sex, and desire. We have
always looked to celebrities and attractive people to the latest trends
in today's society. It's the "Paris Hilton's got it, I want it"
mentality.
As absurd as it sounds, that's just how it works. This is why we follow, write articles, blog and take pictures. She's a role model and her life is very desirable. Who wouldn't want to wake up, shop all day, and get paid for your looks? Granted, her schedule is most likely filled like the rest of us, but I doubt she's auditing Northrop Grumman from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Now I know some of you (like my Dad) disagree, discourage this lifestyle or just don't care. Well no one's looking in the direction of my Dad for fashion tips with those tube socks.
Let's look at the facts…
1. She hot! Sizzling, smoking, on fire, buttery, please don't make me SLAP my mama hot…because I will.
2. She's rich. Balling out of control? Yes.
3. Dating an NFL football player? Yes. Did I mention it's Reggie Bush?
4. Parties, clubbing, fashion goddess and living a life of luxury? Check!
Kim Kardashian recently visited Tao Nightclub in Las Vegas. Tao Restaurant and Nightclub, located in The Venetian, is known for its abundance of celebrities and sports figures. I've never been to Tao, but will most likely go next time I'm in Vegas. If you're a twenty or thirty something, you shouldn't look at Kim and judge negatively. If anything, she's only trying to help you. Look at the little things and embrace. Maybe she's trying to tell you something when she walks into that Pinkberry or puts on those designer jeans. She's letting you know what's in, what to wear, where to go and how to have fun. All you have to do is keep up with the bloggers and magazine articles.
