Mango Chicken Breast Recipe

Perfect for the whole family, this topping made with mild salsa and sweet mango chunks comes together to create the perfect flavorful, tropical accompaniment for any meat dishes all summer long.

 Go Go Mango Chicken
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 (12-oz) jar Trader Joe’s Pineapple Salsa
1 ½ cups frozen Mango Chunks
Peel a mango perfectly!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place chicken breasts in a baking dish and cover with both salsa mango chunks – no need to even bother with thawing! Lightly drape with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is done and juices run clear when cut. Be careful not to overcook.
A tropical papaya salad to serve with it!
