Then apply your contour color (usually a darker version of your base color, but feel free to get creative) to the outer crease of your eye. Begin blending the color inward. Apply liner to the top of your eyes only. Katy likes to thicken the line as she moves toward the outer lid. She also loves big, thick lashes. To really re-create Katy Perry’s eyes you’ll need to apply fake lashes. She also tends to go heavy on the mascara on her bottom lashes. You can finish the look by applying a little of your base shadow color to those bottom lashes as well.
