After three failed marriages, you'd think Charlie Sheen would do everything he could to protect his $125 million estimated fortune.
But the 48-year-old actor has confirmed he will not be getting a prenuptial agreement with fiancée Brett Rossi.
'Prenups poison marriages,' the Anger Management funnyman told TMZ, adding it would only be one line: 'You keep your s*** and I'll keep mine.'

The Golden Globe winner popped the question to the blonde beauty on Saturday during their romantic Valentine's getaway in Hawaii.

Charlie said his bride-to-be is 'in love' with his four-year-old twin sons Bob and Max with ex-wife #3 Brooke Mueller.

Sheen is still in the midst of a bitter custody battle with the 36-year-old socialite, who completed her 21st stint in rehab last year.

The Brat Packer, who's been in court-ordered rehab twice, also has two daughters with ex-wife #2 Denise Richards - nine-year-old Sam and eight-year-old Lola.

And he divorced his first wife Donna Peele in 1996 after only a year of marriage.
On Friday, the Hot Shots actor tweeted a Valentine's message of love to Rossi and his family.
He tweeted: 'In a moment of Kray-zee gratitude; I got my gal!! 4evurr! But I also have this! xox c #LoveMyKids' with a photo of his two boys by ex-wife Mueller, Bob and Max.'
And Brett tweeted a couple snap with Charlie captioned: 'Happy Valentine's day to the love of my life & my best friend! Everyday is Vday when I'm with you @charliesheen.'
Sheen currently stars in the second season of Anger Management, which airs Thursday nights on FX.
